Charter Lead Program
There is no additional charge to enroll in the Charter Lead Program. Check this box if you wish to receive charter leads from us. In order to ensure that you receive high quality leads, we will contact you with a Charter Market Profile questionaire which we will then set up in our data base to ensure you receive leads based on the types of charter services you provide.
Payment Options
We have made it easy and convenient for you to choose the payment option that best suits your company's accounting and payables system. We offer 3 payment options which include (1) Email Funds Transfer (2) Pay Pal Credit Card Processing (3) Send Us A Check On Invoice. Please indicate your payment option. Upon receipt of the above completed form, we will issue you an email with a confirmation along with an invoice. No further action is required by you until you receive the email invoice.
