You will
need to
know the
exact
number
of
adults
and
children
along
with any
special
baggage
requirements.
If
everyone
is
bringing
a golf
bag for
instance,
this
makes a
big
difference
in the
type of
aircraft
required.
What is
your
departure
and
destination
airport?
Depending
on the
size of
your
group,
the
aircraft
best
suited
for your
charter
may not
be able
to
operate
in and
out of
the
airports
you have
chosen.
Or in
the case
of an
international
flight,
there
may be
no
customs
service
at the
airport
you
choose,
which
will
then
require
a
landing
at a
designated
port of
entry
airport
for
customs
clearance
- which
will
increase
your
costs.
So have
alternate
airports
in mind.
To keep
it cost
effective,
it is
important
that
your
entire
group
all
departs
from the
same
airport.
If a
stop is
required
en route
to pick
up
additional
passengers,
this
will add
considerably
to the
costs.
How long
will you
be
staying
at the
destination?
If you
are
staying
a few
days or
a week,
the
aircraft
will
most
likely
return
to base
and then
fly down
again on
the
appointed
day to
pick you
up.
Your
group
will
need to
pay for
all
flights.
If the
aircraft
waits
for you
at
destination,
your
group
will pay
for
flight
crew
expenses
and
daily
parking
fees for
aircraft.
Is on
board
catering
required?
If it is
a long
flight
and your
group
requires
a meal,
this
information
will be
required
and
built
into the
costs.
Usually
non
alcohol
beverages
and
snacks
are
included
in basic
charter
rates. |
